The registration is coming soon

  • You must complete this registration in order to receive the attendee benefits (certificate, credentials, etc.).
  • All co-authors must register and pay the registration fee.
  • You can choose to register only as an attendee and NOT submit any contribution.
Registration

The ICEAI Registration includes:

Physical Congress:

  • Entrance to all sessions of the Congress
  • Access to videos of the submissions.
  • Access to recordings of the plenary sessions
  • An electronic copy of the Congress proceedings
  • Coffee breaks
  • Present your abstract in a session

Virtual Congress:

  • The plenary sessions will be broadcast in streaming
  • Access to videos of the submissions.
  • Access to the recordings of the plenary sessions
  • An electronic copy of the Congress proceedings

    CERTIFICATES

    At the end of the Congress, the corresponding diplomas will be issued in digital format for attendance and/or participation as an oral presentation speaker.

    Diplomas of attendance will be available to those who meet the following requirements:

    1. Have participated in the forums at least three times (if they are online attendees).
    2. Have attended in person (if they are in-person attendees).

    Diplomas for oral communication speakers will be available to those who meet the following requirements:

    1. Have submitted the text (in a timely manner) and it has been accepted.
    2. Have submitted the presentation video according to the rules (in a timely manner).
    3. Have participated in the forum for their presentation (if online) or presented on the designated day and time (if in person).

    Notes:

    • An email will be sent to participants indicating the procedure for downloading the respective diplomas.
    • The diplomas will feature the organisers: University of Alicante, MEEBAI and UNESCO Chair in Education, Research and Digital Inclusion. This diploma is free of charge.
    • The diplomas will be distributed in English, Spanish and Catalan.
    • You can also request an official certificate from the University of Alicante. In this case, you will need to pay a fee to obtain the certificate: https://cfp.ua.es/en/fees.html
